These terms govern the use of the Hogaresa website and room enquiries or bookings made directly with CURSENCIA S.A.C. (RUC 20613481215).
2. Room information
Photos, descriptions, amenities, prices and capacity aim to represent each room clearly. Availability and the final price are confirmed before payment.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when Hogaresa sends confirmation and, where applicable, the payment has been authorised by the selected payment provider. Card charges are processed by Culqi under its own terms and conditions.
4. Guest details
The person booking must provide accurate information and ensure that everyone included in the stay knows these conditions.
5. Use of the property
Please observe the communicated check-in and check-out times, look after rooms and shared spaces, avoid parties or activities that disturb other guests, and report any damage or incident promptly.
6. Changes and cancellations
The conditions shown for the relevant rate and booking apply. Read the cancellation policy before paying.
7. Liability
Hogaresa will make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed service. It is not responsible for unforeseeable events or events beyond its control, without limiting applicable consumer rights.
